fog light and asr switches

fog light and asr switches ive noticed that my fog light and asr switches got very hot after driving a while. is this normal or could there be something wrong???? and does anyone else notice the same?? thanks

That is why the electricity we use at home is AC, switches and wires stay cooler. DC always has an amount of friction (heat) that is higher than AC. Also the light bulbs in those switches create heat.
