Default fog light and asr switches

ive noticed that my fog light and asr switches got very hot after driving a while. is this normal or could there be something wrong???? and does anyone else notice the same?? thanks

My 02 SS asr and fog lights do the exact same thing. I was wondering myself. Sometimes they get cool and then hot again...

my stearing wheel cotrols get prety hot also

Yeah, I touched mine and it was hot as hell. Hot enough I turned off my fog lights. hmmm

That is why the electricity we use at home is AC, switches and wires stay cooler. DC always has an amount of friction (heat) that is higher than AC. Also the light bulbs in those switches create heat.
