any one know how to remove front license plate cover and do I need a bracket for licenseplate i got a ticket for tinted windos and no front license plate thanks

There are 2 torxes screws on the bottom of the cover. Remove them and the cover will come off. There are 3 tabs on the top of the cover that fit into slots. But you should only have 2 screws on the bottom. The size of the torxes wrench you need is the same size that removes the side marker lights.
