Default quik fix. do you think it will work

what happend was the batery cable coroded to the batery, the guy i bought the car from cut the cables and put all 3 wires into a clap that was only big enuf for one.the problem was that over time one of them would back out far enuf that my car wouldent start,so i got 2 tube like end "see pic" then put them under the bolt put the other line in the hole that it was suposed to be in and tightend down. so far it works,my question is do you think it will hold, has anyone done anything like this before. if not then here is some info that might help in a jam,its quicker than changing the intire batery cable.

that will work for now if the cables keep a good and tight connection i would replace the battery cable when you get the chance
