I found a 2002 Trans Am WS.6 that I'm pretty interested in.. but since I'm pretty new to the '98+ f-bodies, I thought I'd ask someone that knows more...

the low price is what makes me wonder about the miles.. because the body looks to be perfect.

If it has a rebuilt title...run away.

No offense to the few of you who have cars with rebuilt titles, but you don't know how well the car is put together unless you did the work to it yourself of had a reputable shop do it for you. I personally wouldn't touch the car. My .02.

Otherwise if its a straight car with a clear title buy it. Thats a pretty damn reasonable price.

And yes that color does seem to be rare. I dont know the #'s on it, but I do know I dont see many of them.

yeah I'm deffinatly not gunna mess with it being a Rebuilt.
too bad its not a Clean title.. I've really been looking for a clean LS1 M6 Fbody with really low miles.. just hard for me to find any thats anywhere close to my price range.

This one was still a lilttle high for me but it seemed to be worth it but not now.

sunset orange is very rare
16 k on a rebuild title sounds right... so dont do it
i drove very far to find mine iit was worth it get what you want and dont settle for anything less

I would be cautious but they could be accurate just run a car fax and check for common things that would show body work like missed alingd fenders and over spray paint. I bought my 01 3 years ago with 5,200 miles for 17k $ and the car checked out on car fax and it past but i still put it on a rack at the dealership and checked everything. It still had original tires and a new car smell! Becareful and dont always trust carfax. It only has "reported" or "claimed" accidents. And I know ppl that got screwd and the famous buy back garantee didnt do crap.

my current care was wrecked before.. you can barely tell though... just a little bit of misalignment on the driver's side fender.

other then that its pretty clean...

But I'm wanting a fully clean title for my next f-body but all I really want is a straight body and low miles

+1 on running a car fax..if it is clean the buy that extremellyyy low mileage 02m that is a good buy for a 02 ws6, try to talk them down a grand or so tho...cash in hand does wonders!

But oh well....

I've really been back and forth between just building me a new LSX setup or getting an SS/WS6...

I'm sure I'll make up my mind soon and get things worked out towards the better...
