Oil Change time!!
About to change the oil. Any recommendations on which one I should get that I can get at the local Autozone? I have 78000 miles. And I just drive and occasionally street race. Also, is that Valvoline Max life any good?

I used to use mobile 1 till they changed their formula a couple of years ago. I now use Royal Purple 10W40 and don't burn a drop, where with the mobile 1, I would go thru about a half a quart between oil changes.

I work at a construction company we have 250 chevys ranging from 1993 to present we use Gastrol syntec 5w 30 the cars and trucks that are from 2000 model and above some have over 200k on them and the engines are spotless inside. Even the older modle's used regular oil then were switch over to syntec we have had no problems and alot of them have over 300k with no engine problems. So whatever you use stay with that brand in my opion
