if your just getting started on mods i would look for a used ls-6 manifold. you will be able to get your money back out of it if you out grow it. check the parts for sale on this site.

ok since we both live in california, i plan on getting a used LS6 intake and buying the lingenfelter egr adapter to keep my egr system! that will cost me no more then $350, i recommend you do the same!! but before you get this stuff, start off with your simple bolt ons!

If you don't need to worry about emissions I would remove egr and air. Engine bay looks way better without it.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD !!! ...and read the sticky threads. EVERYTHING that you're asking has already been discussed years ago here.

Then whats the point of posting anymore? Everything has been gone over but he's new and just wants advice from people for his exact question, after all, I thought that was the purpose of this site

If i were going to make a beast and not care about emissions or anything else, i'd go with the FAST 90 intake and the NW throttle body setup..

Yes thats what this site is all about, but info is already there...been there I mean. If we follow your path then we should just do away with the search feature and sticky threads with tons of info? No I don't think so. You're still pretty new here but long enough to know how things should work since this site has been doing well for almost 7 years.

He should only post if:

1. He's asking about new parts.

2. He's already searched and has not found the info he's looking for.

3. The search is down.

Peace,
Craig.
