Default How long does a aftermarket clutch last?

I didn't want to clutter the clutch part of the forum, and since this is kinda a newb question, I figure I will put it here. As the title says, about how long (milage) do aftermarket clutches last? Maby the textrallia, or say spec 2+ or some kind of clutch for around stock to full bolt on power level. Suggestions, prices, what to look for, ect will be GREATLY appriciated. Thanks all.

depends, if its installed correctly and you use it only as a dd, then I would say an easy 75k depending on how you drive...the more that you dump the clutch and mess around having fun...your gas mpg and your longevity of the clutch/drivetrain goes down

Considering hp variations, driving habits, driver skill, quality of clutch purchased, and if the one purchased is right for your setup, ie people rarely stay at the hp level they first say they will...... this question is impossible to answer, too broad of a spectrum of possibilities. Too many variables.

a couple months to a couple of years.

depends on how hard you drive it, and what kinda clutch you get.

You won't know till your first goes out. that's what you will use as a guideline. I'd be pissed if it didn't last 20K and I only went for a few passes on the strip with it. But...

Mine SPEC 3 has six passes and ~20K. It's still like the day I bought it as far as I can tell.

well I have gotten 15k on the first spec, and the spec 3+ I have right now we will see. It will be getting a 150 shot on top so i don't think it will last long. When it does go a 4L80e will be going in with a big stall.
