Default License plate cover removal?

I have to remove my license plate cover (the part with the bird) so i can cut out the bumper for my FMIC. How the HELL do you take that thing off.

I got the 3 tabs off on top, but how dose the bottom come off???
The bumper itself is in pretty good shape, so i dont want to mess it up.

Any tips, tricks hints would be great.

Thanks...

Let me know if you are willing to part with you filler. We don't use a front plate in PA and my car didn't come with one.

Im definitely not going to need it any more. I'll take some pictures of it for you, there are some paint marks on it from the previous owner. If you PM me your email address... ill take some pics of it and send em out.

And thanks _JB_ i didn't even notice the torx screws at the bottom.

Thanks...

A dremel works great for cutting the bumper. Cutoff wheel to notch yhe openning and then a sanding drum the smooth out the lines. Just be careful sanding cause it will melt right through the plastic if you put too much pressure on it.

Good Luck
