cam and stall help

I have a 2004 gto long tube headers, cold air intake, and a tune right now, looking to do a cam and stall next. Looking for help for best cam and stall to go with. And anyother mods to put me in the low 12sec quarter time.

Are you wanting to keep some driveability with it?

I have a vig 3,600 and 3.73s and run low 12s..I'm sure you could do the same with a 3,200 stall.

Get a cam from Futral Motorsports and a yank 3200

maybe with some sticky tires u might be able to be in the 12's. but go for atleast a 3200 stall/224 cam and u will definitely be in the mid 12's i think.

Yea like too keep it some what driveability. Its mainly a weekend car i put roughly 5 to 7000 miles a year on it. And i have mickey thompson street ets on back right. I been looking at a 228/230 .588/.592 lsa112. Would my stock rear end hold a 3200 stall with street ets?

That 228/230 cam would be a great choice

I'm not for sure how stout the rears are in the GTOS? Might go to the gto forum and find out.
