Default So I got an M6

So after literally YEARS of being LS1 envious, I finally got lucky, and came across a '00 red M6 that has virtually no visible faults that is actually in my price range (didnt have a large budget). The only fault I can find at this point is it has flowmasters... and has a bad resonating sound at about 3k rpm. first mod will be magniflow catback and cutouts. I'll post pictures monday after i get some pics.

Even tho I've never had magnaflow too many people say its too quiet. I had a flowmaster with a cutout. I just got my true duals installed today. I would do something other than a magnaflow unless you get the cutout like your talking about.

you only need one cutout after the ypipe. Two will only make the car really loud and nasty sounding if you dont have LTs. Stick with one in the I-pipe, that along with the magnaflow will sound really nice.

ohh and enjoy the manual gearbox.

Here are two clips of my custom magnaflow ctaback and electric cutout, it will give you a good idea of how it will sound.

Car sounds good I like the fact that the magniflows sound good, but dont attract too much attention. I also cant help but love the sound of the cutout... thats kinda the rout I want to take, so if I dont want to go through a neighborhood at 2am and wake everyone up, I dont have to... but if I feel like being an *** If I dont go with those I'll go with the loudmouth, but that would make the cutouts pretty much pointless
