Default Red check engine flashes: oil?

Since last year, my red check engine started flashing a bit in a hazardous way at high RPM(6000-6400). Last summer, I thought its because I needed to add some oil, but I did my oil change last month and the problem wont go away The oil PSI is right at 60PSI.

oil is Mobil 1 10W30(last summer was 5W30).
and dont worry, the car was stored during winter,so I didnt drive it after the red check engine occurred.

is a 10W30 oil dangerous for high RPM and nitrous???

Usually, if the check engine light flashes, it is indicating a misfire. If you have access to a scanner, check the misfire counts.

A flashing Check Engine Light indicates a type A, or catalyst damaging misfire. Get it checked and fixed ASAP.

It's flashing for a reason. If the car could talk it would be saying STOP MOTHA....bang. That bang was #7 disintegrating.
