Default Trouble starting/ running

Its a 99 T/A A4

well the first thing is that i have to turn the key 2/3 times before the car actually starts and it has a new battery.

the other thing is after it starts and i try to drive off it like bogs down or something but once it gets about 200temp it runs fine... i was wondering if it could be the spark plugs causing this cause they dont look like theve ever been replaced.
thx

How many miles are on the car? Is the SES light on?

2/3 times to start sounds like a starter or coil. As for the plugs, it wouldnt hurt to replace plugs and wires.

The trip should only reset if the battery is dead or you disconnect the battery right? Might want to check that again. You could have a bad alternator? IDK I am just throwing things here...
