Default Anti-balooning plate

Getting a new convertor and was wondering if a anti-balooning plate is neccasarry. I am going to be spraying it but i wont be spraying it from a dig i will have a window switch from 3k-5500. This will only be a 75-100 shot also. Thanks in advance-Tim

not necessary for a small shot, but if you go any bigger you'll need it, or if you go from a dig you'll need it. but it never hurts to plan ahead

again, it isnt a must have... but you will sleep better at night knowing you wont fry your new expensive converter. save up and do it right the first time and you wont be disapointed. I've gone through a converter on a 100 shot before because it didnt have the balooning plate, but that was also from a dig, lasted for about 20 passes before it gave out.
