you guys are crazy spending that much on a swap, the only reason mine went up is because i decided to buy all new stuff and have the trans rebuilt at Tick...but its not costing me 3700. good luck with this, im done with pedal/master install and am waitn for my trans to get back.

It can be done for FAR less than $3700. I only spent ~$1000, and that's including all new hydraulics and rebuilding the t56.

Why are we crazy.. as for me that is what it takes to handle what I got..

Here is my parts list:
T56:
http://sixspeedsinc.com/index.asp?Pa...PROD&ProdID=11
Textralia Clutch Kit:
http://www.byunspeed.com/product_inf...oducts_id=5769
Shifter:
http://www.byunspeed.com/product_inf...d63ba92bf15773
Shift ****:
http://www.byunspeed.com/product_inf...88bb923d84e04b
Slave Cylinder:
http://www.byunspeed.com/product_inf...d63ba92bf15773

That's over $3k easily right there..then about $180 for the Master Cylinder & Lines from GM. Then I have to get Bolts and other small stuff still.

I'm not buying used stuff..well the major stuff anyways..too much power and risk of stuff to break.

I already have the Petals, Center Console Cover, Cross Member, and the Bell Housing. All that was about $180..

Mine cost $2,500.....T56 only had 5,000 miles on it and I got a Mcleod dual friction clutch with the deal. Sold my built A4 for $500 and TC for $350, so my out of pocket was only $1,700.

^^

I had a stall too.. but my statement would be this..

Textralia Clutch + built T56 Swap..~$3700
Leaving at 5000+rpms with the wheels in the air..priceless.
