Default Does anyone know what this is?
I just bought a Z28 and it has a sensor or something that is unpluged in my engine bay and I have no idea where it plugs into or what it does. It is right next to the passenger side fuel rail (circled in red in the picture). Any help would be really apericated

thats the harness for the EGR valve. looks like the EGR has been removed

nah, i removed both my EGR and AIR. its just for emissions control

based on your screen name i'd assume youre talking about an 02 z28? that year didnt even have egr. but its funny my 02 didnt have the connector like yours does...

that car in the pic isnt an '02. pcv is different on '01-'02. that car is either a '99 or '00

It's an 02, I knew it didn't have the EGR tube on the intake but I didn't know it didn't have egr at all. Man, I'm going to be up all night thinking about this now haha

im confused now too lol. ya 01-02 doesnt have EGR. im confused about the PCV in your pic. i thought 01-02 have a different valley cover with revised PCV?

i answered my own dilemna in search lol. its the LS6 with revised PCV. im still stumped on what that harness would be on an 02 car though lol
