Lq4 in a 1990 Fox body

Lq4 in a 1990 Fox body I have the lq4 6.0l at the machine shop now. It bored .030over and I'll be putting it in my 1990 mustang gt. Any advice would be awesome and appreciated. And I'm looking for a t56 trans thanks in advance.
