Lets put it this way, there is a convertible Vette there all the time that is much faster than us and he has no cage. I'm talking a mid 9 sec car. You have nothing to worry about

Roll bar mandatory in all cars ( including T-tops ) running 11.00 (*7.00) to 11.49 (*7.35), in convertibles running 11.00 (*7.00) to 13.49 (*8.25), and all dune-buggy-type vehicles running 12.00 (*7.50) seconds and slower (* is 1/8 mile). You will not need a cage, unless you run 10.99 or better, you only need a roll bar.

Yeah that Vette isnt Pat's car. He drives it, as he did on pinks, but the owner (I think his name is Garrett) has an even faster C4

Yeah, the black vette is garret wilsons. However he does let pat drive it, i also saw it on pinks. And garret has several vettes. He also has that c4 that runs mid 7's i think it was. I saw it one night run a 8.5x with a bad nitrous backfire and coasting through the trap

Correct. He was driving the C4 on pinks when pat was driving the C5. I guess the C4 was just to fast haha Must be nice

Yeah, i was at garrett's shop one day with a friend working on that c4 after a nitrous backfire. Anyway, they were swapping driveshafts and putting a longer one on it. Me and a friend were putting the new one on with the old u joints on it. The old yoke would not slide over the output shaft on the trans. We couldnt figure it out. Finally we got a flashlight and looked down inside it. And the splines inside it were twisted in a spiral! Thats badass! Twisted it like a damn popcan! I wish i could twist **** like that

Just out of curiosity, why are you wanting a 6 point if we only need a bar? I do agree the 6 points look bad *** with the top dropped tho
