Guys i need the stock exhaust piping. I need from the y pipe back, really just the pipe that runs over the axle. I am putting the stock muffler back on with a cutout after the y. I have the muffler. Anyone know where i can get this? Automotive stores dont sell 90* do they? I see small stuff there like tips and such, dont recall seeing 90* bends. What you think steve? Can you get your hands on a little bit? Stock size whatever that was, i dont remember without going out back and looking at the muffler.

I've got the stock type catback with a Flowmaster and cutout already welded in. It has the original tips. It's in decent shape. Had it on car originally but went with single bullet and dumped it before the axle. Ought to be worth $100. Muffler is almost that. Let me know if you're interested. I can meet you to look at it.

Try out Steve's hooker. If you like it, buy it. Costs you nothing but an hour or two to try it out. It's a damn good price.
Or,
Buy it and If you don't like it, trade it to Cody for the catback w/ cutout that I put together. He'd probably do that.
Heh, try out Steve's hooker.

in no way shape or form would i discourage anyone from playing with my hooker. and i got lots of compliments when i had it. but.....i have had more then one person tell me that my bullets are not much louder then the cat back. which is odd to me bc it seems louder. i guess the direction of sound REALLY changes the drivers perception. plus the entire car vibrates at 1500 rpms which i love. most people say it sounds deeper now but not much louder if any. but chris seems to want almost a sleeper exhaust....i say something like an slp dual dual or even a hooker max flow<--- they are quiter at idle and flow like a straight through pipe.

Wanting stock. I am going to go and look at some pipe from Hrlyrdr97 on mon. Has all the pipe in need, flowmaster muffler, stock tips, and has a flange for the cutout. That is probably going to be my best bet. I am getting an electric cutout for even more noise when i want it. I want the damn thing to be the quietest i can get it when i want it. Several reasons for that, cant go into that here. And yes steve, i want a sleeper exhaust, thats what i have been saying the past 2 days. Been checking out some sfc's, lca relos, lca's, stb's, and possibly a rollbar for my next mods.

^^^^i like my three point STB. you should look into them, the hole in the firewall/cowl is not that hard to drill either. mine is steel but somebody makes an alum one if weight is a concern. hotchkis i think. the umi SFCs are made great, but boxed add strength and extra weight. o well, i already know my car is bloated and overweight anyway.

hey hilton....idea. could we take a couple of those scrap y pipes and make oval exhaust tubing for ground clearance purposes? you know flatter but wider to make up the flow difference. i saw a car in the true dual section and ground clearnace was like stock.

Damn nice! Good purchase. Probably make life easier than the sawzall you were going to use.
Can you cut angles with that?
If you catch the blades on sale you can get 5 for $19.
We just made an offer on a house and I kinda feel like I might throw up. Holy ****.

yeah man this is exactly like yours with the angles, blade size etc. except this one is 3 1/2 horse motor. and yeah this will kick the sawzalls *** doing exhaust......except cutting it off the car lol. i got one extra blade, better quality called norton. im gonna try the one that came on it for a while then switch over and see what i think. btw, the puking feeling is bc you know thats money that coulda gone to your 400 inch motor, lmao.
