It's like I was talking to Steve about the other day. The huge obsession with "mud riding" kinda annoys me. It has nothing to do with proving your machine's suspension capabilities and design advantages. Has more to do with who has the most expensive mud-tires for traction.
It's like my FourTrax 300. It's not 4WD, but has the exact same design as the 4x4 model, minus the front drive. Same ground clearance and suspension design. The damn thing will crawl over almost anything, with the low end torque to make it happen.
With that being said, the idea of "mud riding" with it is not so appealing, with not having 4WD and all. I'm more of a trail enthusiast, you know, with some rocky washouts and small, fallen trees to negotiate.
THAT'S my idea of fun 4-wheeler riding. Not burying the thing in 5 feet of mud just to see if you can get it out without destroying it.

We have a 4 wheeler ride planned for June 25th, 26th and 27th in Mena Arkansas if anyone wants to go. I have 6 cabins rented and 4 of them are already reserved. They will sleep 6-8 and are fully furnished. Mena is the best place to ride in the Southeast. I have been all over half of the country riding atv's and bikes and its has the best of all worlds. Good trails, scenery, nice creeks to ride and swim in. And of course the famous "Blue Hole"

Thought I would post this locally if anyone is interested let me know
Rossler built TH400 with brake, sfi bellhousing and crossmember.
Vig TH400 converter. build for a turbo car. I bought it as a new one but its just fresh. not NEW.
B&M shifter with cable and button (used)
6 quarts of Royal Purple ATF fluid
SFI flywheel NEW
Not taking the M6 out of my car. Actually thinking about selling the whole damn car since I bought the new vette. Make me a reasonable offer if you are interested in it. I would like to sale it as a package deal but will separate.

The "blue hole" is just that. When your on top of the mountain looking down at this big water hole it looks really blue. Neat looking actually. And I have to agree with Nitro, Mena/Albert's Pike has some of the best trails I've ever been on........period!! You don't need anything big either. I had a 250 Artic Cat and went everywhere the big boys did. got left in the straight stretches, but on the trail I was right with them.

Thats what i thought when i seen it for the first time. Kinda looks like a car a big bear would drive at the circus with his head sticking out of the roof.
BTW i got it running now so all i need to do is put the pin back in the shifter and air the tires up. Then i can mow the grass the fun way.
