1999 - 2008 1-7/8" Longtube Headers /w 3.5" Y-pipe
For all 4.8 / 5.3 / 6.0 / 6.2 applications!
Headers:
*1/2" Thick stainless header flanges
*1-7/8" Primaries. 304 Hi-grade stainless steel, fully tig welded
*3" Stainless merge collectors
*All interior tube welds fully cleaned up / smoothed up for maximum flow (Something you don't see from most manufacturers)
3.5" Y-pipe : 304 Stainless Y-pipe - Fully mandrel bent
*3" mandrel piping into a hi-velocity merge into single 3.5" Y collector
*3.5" at catback to y-pipe flange. Will bolt up to any size OEM factory or aftermarket catback exhaust
(Not direct fit for Silverado SS / Denali / Escalade with dual catback exhaust piping)

They have identical fitment to our 99-08 1-3/4" Longtube headers (which are out of stock for 4-6 weeks right now as we were getting these 1-7/8" done).
They are offered as DIRECT FIT FOR 1999-2008 TRUCK AND SUV 2WD APPLICATIONS ***ONLY*** right now. We have NOT tested them on a 4WD OR AWD APPLICATION. 2009+ have a different catback flange so they are not a direct bolt up without some modifying to connect the flange to the catback.
FOR 4WD FITMENT:
They require changing front 4wd/awd yoke bolts to buttonhead for additional clearance and require slight modification including denting / dinging the pipe for clearance. We do not have ANY other information on the 4wd fitment other than this and do not guarantee or imply they are for a 4wd/AWD application in any way.
