I cant find the part number but i would highly recommend calling ngk tech line and ask the part number for your application...get non projected tips, either 7 or 8 for plug temp.
I have had great luck with them.

"tr7" and "tr8" are projected tips, not recommended for larger shots 200+.

Get tapered threads.
NGK will give you number to order from local shop.

far as gap i run .030-.032

I also sanded the corners and edges to eliminate hot spots.

I went from a 150 shot and TR6's to a 200 shot and Autolite's version of the TR8...which is actually half a step colder than the TR8. Mine are gapped to .032.

I wouldn't say that. Just because something works for someone else, it does not guarantee it will work for you. I would rather see you start out with too cold of a plug than too hot. Let me know if you need a list of plugs. Thanks.

Id save time and call NGK. SOme of the numbers on that other post included a non tapered plug, i installed them and ran them..they work but were not tapered. As said above start colder, id recommend a non projected to be safe.

turns out there is no easy way out. here buy these. lol gonna do it the right way and tune with plugs on the dyno.

Unless there are more than one style TR7, they are not extended tip plugs like the TR6. I run the 7 on my current 200 shot. But like Nick said better to start to cold than not cold enough as the final choice you have to consider what timing your running and what octane fuel you will be using and compression ratio, so one persons cure all may not work for the next person. My timing was 18° and something like 110 octane along with 11.25:1 comp, IIRC, i was running. worked for me and I won my dyno trophy with that tune. Here's a TR6 vs TR7 picture.

Do you guys running the non projected 7's and 8's have any driveability issues? I only ask because I still plan on driving my car on the street and to the track, and I would rather not have to change plugs when I get to the track because I plan on spraying a 200 shot. But if I have to I guess I will. Currently running tr6's in my 11:1 413cid LS2 on motor.

Well honestly it is a colder plug. There will most certainly be driveability issues as well as fowling out at a quicker rate. Honestly if its not a daily driver, most guys can live with it.

I didn't read every post above did you post how much power it made on motor and or the 100 shot? the hp level will dictate the plug choice a bit but on a mild car an 8 should be the start on a 200 maybe a 9 if it made good hp on the motor. get the tune right then you cna see if it could use a warmer plug.

Its not just hp but since we have built alot of ls combos if i knew what cam/heads he had and a rogh hp estimate i could figure out wht plug he needs on the motor. we have had cars use up to an 8 or 9 on the motor. the genaric "use a tr 6" is dangerous.
