Default stock LQ4 with a plate kit - what about rod bolts?

I know this has been asked before and I've read a few threads regarding this issue already, but I would like to see where you guys stand today with changing out rod bolts on an other wise stock engine? I have a low mileage LQ4 and plan to spray up to a 175 shot. I would love the extra insurance a better rod bolt could provide, but hate to risk messing the bearing clearance up and spinning a bearing. I really don't want to disassemble the whole bottom end.

Thoughts/Opinions?
