Nitrous Guru's (Finally decided to get nitrous)
 

I am makin my mind up to get some nitrous... i went and read all the sickies and there is some good information... but not quite wat im looking for... i dont something 125 shot or smaller... preferably smaller.... I have a 2000 camaro Z28 M6.. Know of any good beginner kits that arent extrememly expensive... wat all am i going to need cuz i want to do this right the first way... i know i will need a window swtch? WOT switch?? Idk what those are but i read about them in the sticky... Is there a kit with everyone that i need for a six speed car..? Any information will help..

hit up a couple sponsors, they will hook you up

get a fuel presure safety switch it will be good insurance if ur fuel pump fails while spraying

With a M6 car you need to have a window, wot,and fuel pressure switches because if you miss a gear it may go BOOM!!!! Any nitrous kit can start out with a 50hp shot you just need the right size jets. Nos, edelbrock, cold fuision, Zex exc.. All make kits just for LS1's. But these kits dont come cheap...nor would you want them to be cheap... Spend some money now and not blow the motor later...

Is this a goof kit for a newb? It donest say what all comes with it but it looks like everything i need.... if yall know of anything else i will need on top of this kit plz tell me... i want to buy the right kit the first time and i have no idea wat i am looking for in a kit

Man I would go with NITROUS OUTLET or HSW. both places are great and they can help you decided on your goals. I partnered with N20 outlet for the last 2 years and they have helped me out alot DAVE and Chris. They just finished my direct port last month. There is alot that comes into play with nitrous. I would get help from the sponsors plus there there when you need them.

Nitrous outlet has been a GREAT help for me along the way. I'll continue to go back to them for parts as long as they help me with the advice! :D

same here with HSW. They gave me all the information i needed, and i bought their products. They will give you expert advise, so take it. But they will still help you even if you dont buy their kit :)
