Default bottle pressure?

I had my bottle filled yesterday, It was a cold bottle and was around 1400 when filled, the guy told me to give it a second and let it cool down. The bottle psi went to 1200 and it was around 90 outside. I took the bottle in the house and after a few hours or so it was around 700. Is that normal, just from the change in temp, my house is around 65 inside. Im just checking to besure I dont have a leak. But the pressure is staying around 700 so I figure I didnt. This is my first time having the bottle filled so I didnt know what to expect thanks.
