I know next to nothing about nitrous, but I doubt there is any way to answer this question unless you provide some information on your car and nitrous system.

Depending on how much you want to spray and what has been done to the engine, the TR6 is good to about 75hp with bolt-ons. If your going to do 100-200 I would go with the NGK BR7EF. 250+ go with the NGK B8EFS. There is no TR7 or TR8. The TR6 is a projected plug and you will have better luck with a non-projected plug such as BR7EF or B8EFS

There is a great way to answer it. TR6 is not a nitrous plug. As far as which nitrous plug is better, there are too many variables to say. It all depends on what your engine wants.

Start tuning with at least an -8. I'm assuming you're trying to get a big heavy truck moving and probably on pump gas. You may end up back at a -7 when it's all said and done, but you'll be safer until you get to that point.
