Default Manual VB guys: Spray through shifts?

Do you guys with manual valve bodied trans spray through your shifts? I have my window switch set to kill the spray just before the shift lite comes on. Trying to get a little better ET, just wondering what you guys do?

No window switch here. I spray through every shift.

Its a "built" TH350, but it doesn't seem to be very strong. Oh well, we'll let it eat and see what gives first....

What's leading you to believe it's not strong?

I've always sprayed through my shifts and it doesn't seem like it's hurt anything, but now that I just purchased a microedge maybe I'll actually set the window to cut it off right before I shift

Eh, it just feels slow to grab gears, and the TB takes about 2-3 seconds to engage and doesn't seem to hit real hard on release. It doesn't deliver neck snapping shifts, like I would expect on a built trans. I'll get it freshened over the winter, but I am considering going to a glide. We'll see how my health and funds are.

I think my 350 has survived so long because I foot brake it. Who knows what'll happen with a brake next year. The glide will change the whole setup though.

Best of luck with the health though. We're all pullin' for ya!!
