Most ignorant Nitrous comment!?
nitrous isn't a fuel but it is buned along with fuel therfore changing the makeup of what is being burnt. Like I said there is alot of nitrogen being put threw the system and also someone else said sulfer. Those two gases can change a smell of a fire therfore there is atleast the potential for a smell. Maybe I am crazy or maybe a smell is when the tune is off by a bit like someone said. Rich or lean can change exhaust smell also.

Ha! This guy nearly fainted one time when my brother told him he has a 175hp dry direct port system on his CRX. The guy said that was impossible even on a V8, we laughed and told him our dads drag car has a 400hp fogger system. Then he said the little 4 cylinder would burn up from not enough fuel. We laughed again and said the ecu has 2 maps and adds the extra fuel with the fuel injectors. Then the guy just got a confused look.

this guy at a car show once asked me "how come you and everyone else here is using nitrous express instead of NOS?" i said "personal preference i guess. just because you see something in a movie doesnt automatically make it the best there is."

I once overheard one of those "know-it-all" guys explaining to his friends that "nitrous freezes the fuel, everybody knows that cold fuel makes tons more power" and while looking at the bottle in my trunk he explained "his nawss shots aren't that big...look at the line coming of the bottle. If he were running huge amounts of nawss the hose would be bigger, besides, there's only one tank"

Most kids slap on something bone stock around here with no safety precautions, no fuel upgrades and no forms of monitoring what so ever and then they watch F&F and thats where that comes from, because it happens

i'v been told a million times my engine will die with nitrous escically when i dialed it up to 250 with cast pistons in a 454 well that was ten years ago and the engine uses a little oil but still runs well and has good power but it's over carberated so that gives it a brake I ABSOULUTLET HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE SAY NAAWS NOS OH I HATE THAT, But I once had a guy who had a 5.0 with naaws and new heads with square valves i couldn't stop laughing he was dead seriuos (can;t spell) it had a 400 shot an new square valves i did how ever hit my small block with a 400 shot and it instantly chernobeled though

was stopped at the gas station putting 93 in the cell and this guy comes up all excited wanting to know what size the 2 bottles in the trunk are. i tell him they are 10 lbs each. he says oh so they're 250 hp each then? he was totally serious so I just said Yep!

I was pouring purple race gas 101 octane in my Z28 at my apartments and my neighbor was walking buy and said Damn how much nitrous are you going to put in that thing.
I have heard on numerous occasions that they could smell the nitrous coming from my car and what is sad the car was a all motor car.

from an srt--4 owner who was running 20 psi plus a 75 shot.
"you're 100 shot is raising your compression ratio too much and you're gonna blow up your motor"
after trying to explain the difference in cylinder pressure and compression ratio and how he is way worse off than i am based on this, but still fine he kept repeating that 100 is bigger than 75 so mine's a time bomb...
