Most purge kits utilize 3/16 Stainless Steel Tubing. Our Nitrous Outlet purge kits use a very nice and easily bendable aluminum.

If you kinda crimp the line at the end it'll help with your cloud. I've had guys tell me about ice falling down on the car after a purge from doing that.

you can use black poly line but will need a way to secure it to the vehicle so it doesn't plag around when purging.

Zip tie. Thats what I had on my old setup on my old motor. That way if somebody thought I was sprayin and got curious with a slip of a knife no more purge hiding the soleniod was the tricky part..

Flare the end of the tube that is exiting the car...I've found that this helps with the plume as well.

make sure the pressure is up as well, thats significant with good high purges.

Remember that the weather plays a big factor in what your purge looks like also. Humidity is a big factor in this. I am running 3/16ths copper line on a 2 stage setup. Nice cloud..

Is this what your looking for.. The night this went down it was hot, muggy, and very humid.

My o'l pickup truck

My buddies car

And some badass mustang that was at the track.
