3.90's or 4.10's m6 75-100 wet shot car has TRQV2 cam, fast intake, milled ls6 heads.. what would be the best gear for the 1/4.. was thinking 4.10's might be pushing its limits on a 27" tall slick.. vehicle is a m6.. looking to spray a small 75 shot, maybe 100. what would be the best gear?

youll be fine with 4.10s with a 27 tire up to a 100 shot. i ran a 27 tire on a 100 with 4.33s in my 9in and it crossed the line perfectly. cross the 1/4 and shift light would turn on.

sweet, mind if i ask what rpms were you shifting at? i guess i will see how the 4.10's are.. if i run out of gear i might need to change to a diffrent tire.

I think with 4.10 and 27'' tire you should be fine. I have a similar setup and my car trapped 127 @ 6400 with 3.90 and a 26'' tire.
I think it also depends where your shifting at to. I shift around 6700. If your shift points are lower than that you might run out of gear at the end , but you also have a 27'' tire which give you a little more gear.
