HSW switch panel wiring?

I've got one but a bit unclear on a few things...

Does the plate need to be glued in to keep it from rattling around? I'm thinking so.

Wiring for the LED. Instructions say pin 2 to ACC. WTF does that mean? Easy way to wire it to get the lights to work?

The electrical connectors seem a bit small for 1/4" QD connectors but are too big for .187. Crimp on the .25 with needle nose?

well I figured out that the ACC pin is supposed to go to the device being switched. still a bit concerned about the loose fit of the QD connectors on the pins.
