Got your PM. Was about to reply to it.

The ported stock intake can take as much as you can throw at it. It's the head flow, cam profile, and exhaust restrictions that is the limiting factor.

edited...see below about a MAF end.

Did you edit your original post? That or I mis-read it. I don't remember seeing anything said about a NX MAF end kit If your using a NX MAF end kit I would limit that to a 200 shot. With a plate you can go up to 300 shot if you really know how to read plugs and tune. If you are not an experienced nitrous tuner, stick to a 200 shot or less.

Guess I will get a Direct Port plumbing kit after my cars painted & rollin under its own power I did ask about maf ends ,plates & dual nozzles. The direct port will do as much as I need @ 300 or 400. LoL Most of the time itll be rollin with 200. Just want to make a ford look stupid.

For the power level you are focusing on I would go ahead and do a directport and be done with it.

If a directport is not an option I would use our LT1 efi plate. It will do a much better job saturating the air intake charge than the Mass air dicharge ends or a nozzle in the airstream. The mass air kit is nothing more than there shark nozzle machined into a mass air end.

Even using our plate as you move up from 200 to 300 hp you better be on your A game reading the spark plugs. The plugs will tell you when you have reached a point of poor distribution to the cylinders and which cylinders are your hot cylinders. Every engine is different.

One thing to also note, on a stock LT1 intake, the #8 intake runner is aligned with the back wall of the intake which directs more air/nitrous to that particular cylinder. Results in leaner condition compared to the other cylinders. If you do a direct port, you will not have to worry about this as much compared to using a nozzle or plate setup.
