hello does anyone know what heat range plugs on a ls1 for nitrous 100-150shot?

BR7EF is a 7 heat range which the number 7 in the part description tells you.

i think they are 2 heat ranges colder than stock

Run a BR7EF like already mentioned. It is a non-projected plug which is suitable for nitrous/boost. Remember OP when in doubt run the colder plug.

I ran a tr6 and went a full tenth slower. Ngk recommends one heat range colder for every 75hp of nitrous added. So with that being said. A 100 shot needs 2 ranges colder. Which is a 7 plug and a non projected tip.
I would Not recommend a tr6. It's to hot and will cause detonation.

BR7ef 3346's is where you need to be. As long as you haven't changed compression.
