Nitrous Backfire

Hello there,
I'm running a C5Z and I want to know if anyone of you guys had a backfire before .. cause I have an question if you had backfire did the wheel-steering locked ? so you can't move it at all? as same as the C6Z or it's not ... cause we have seen a lot of C6Z on fire and the reason is they can't turn off the car at highspeed, if it's locked in C5 how can I solve this problem?

thanks.

uh, yes, but never seen the steering wheel lock. There is a sensor on the steering wheel for the c5z that detects turn position. I had to have mine replaced on my car. It locked, but not using nitrous. That should be unrelated unless of course a wire was burned or something odd.

I mean when you racing ((STREET RACE)) and had backfire you will turn the car off to stop giving the fire fuel so here you can turn the wheel staring or not cause we use to race for 1 KM as a distance so you maybe be in 200 mile or maybe less than that with a few miles.
