Is there a timing tuner that allows different setting for N/A, stg 1 and stg 2 n2o?

Is there a timing tuner that allows different setting for N/A, stg 1 and stg 2 n2o? I see the ramchargers TT has separate setting for timing on and off the bottle, but is there a controller out there that in addtion to N/A settings, will be able to turn down the timing a little for the first stage of n2o, and then a little more when the second stage kicks on?
If so who makes it, and where can I find it, and about how much does it cost?
