Order parts yesterday @ 4:00 PM
Arrived today by 09:00 AM

Dave took time to return my call at home when I could tell all hell was breaking loose over there. He then took time and found the part I was looking for and got it out to me the same day, after I called that late!!!

Not alot of business owners will go to that much trouble over a $50.00 order!

Im sorry to hear you had a bad experience with NX customer service.I deal with alot of companies and im going to have to say in my experiences they have always had great customer service.I guess everyone has their bad days.Give me a call and ill make sure you are taken care of.
