Default Hydraulic hose for filling station?

Any reason why I can't use high pressure hydraulic hose to fill bottles out of my mother bottle?

Do you have a picture of the hose you are trying to use?

I have had our local hydraulic shop make us lines for our refill station, and they work flawless, as well as steel fittings

The only thing I can recommend is a pin-pricked cover on the hydraulic hose, hydraulic hose is made for liquid fluid and not compresses air or small molecules that will work its way over time through the tube and then get trapped in the reinforcement creating bubbles in the cover. Pin pricing the cover will eliminate the problem before it occurs.

You could also try a high pressure hose called FC321 which is good for compressed LPG gas and has a textile braid cover which will not bubble and the cover also acts as an abrasion sleeve for long life. This is a common hose for tow motors that run on LPG gas.

An example of the hose is here:

Hope that helps
