Default what fuel pressure to use 40 psi or 50 psi??

I bought a 2 stage Nitrous Outlet plate and on my jetting chart it shows 40 psi and 50 psi. I will be using a standalone and wondering if any benefits from using either one. thanks

thanks, probably go with 50 then. How about this, on my stand alone (1 gallon) would you run return or just dead head. It is going to a regulator. the pump is a Walbro 190lph. I was thinking deadheading it since it only runs for a short time.

Just set your regulator accordingly..you can't deadhead that, it will probably burn the pump up.

Definitely make fuel a return setup that return flows back on the pump. This will help keep the pump cooler for longer life and cooler fuel.

Walbro pumps overheat and burn out when dead headed, I think they make a different type of pump for returnless.

ok instead of new thread I'll just ask again here,

I have my 1 gallon fuel cell and then run my inline pump to what point next?
Do I do the return from one side of the regulator and then the other side to a Y for both sides of nitrous or have the line from the pump go to a Y before it gets to the regulator and one side to the return and then the other side to the regulator, this way I have 2 lines coming out for both fuel solenoids? Just not sure which way would be better.
