Default Horsepower?

Using the Wallace calculator and raceweight of 2700lbs to run that et would need over 900whp ... a sbe l33 with ported unmilled heads maybe 350whp n/a and even spraying a 350-400 shot is still a couple hundred hp short according to the calculators. I'm not questioning the validity only question how it was possible ... was the weight a lot lower or is the calculator that scewed?

Online calculators are extremely sketchy- there's just way too many variables to take into account what a car would need to run (name your ET).

name your et? is that for me? if so its not anywhere close to 5.0x. I wasnt questioning the et at all ... actually I am amazed at how fast this car is for what it is and would love to be able to do this with a very similar setup (lightweight s10, l33, and n2o)

Shawn Bryson and Aaron Allen when this last year.

The result was a best e.t. of 4.83 and a best of 151 mph, which makes this Mustang the fastest stock bottom-end car on the planet. And 4.63@155 on a stock Block.

What belt? Everything mentioned here has either been nitrous or turbo.

Needs to run it out the back and see if it holds together like Capizzi's car.

I know this is an old thread but bumping it back up, don’t care about turbo or blower cars, has anyone beat Crusty’s Times in a NITROUS car? Anyone been faster with forged bottom but stock block?
