Default 15# Bottle empty weight? Should I consider the weight of the valve or not.

My bottle is half full and I need to top it off. I know that an empty 15# bottle should weigh 18 lbs and I am wondering if this includes the weight of the valve. I believe that the valve weighs about 2 lbs, so does this mean that the bottle should weigh 35 lbs when completely full.

I am running a 1/2 mile race this weekend so I want to fill my bottle to the max.

What brand of bottle is it? The labeling on the front should have a weight listed full and empty. The empty weight includes the cylinder and valve.

This is a Nitrous Outlet bottle. Thanks for your help. I wasn't sure if the empty weight included the weight of the Valve. So 33 lbs should be the full weight?
