Flex fuel and nitrous for street strip

Flex fuel and nitrous. How does it work?

Mostly curious how it works but I happen to have a daily driven 08 Tahoe with oem flex fuel and spare parts laying around if I get bored.

If you are truly running different amounts of ethanol all the time you would have to change the fuel jet all the time to match that I would think. If you run e85 all the time it’s just a bigger fuel jet.
