370 LQ9. What size shot should I run?

Wanting to see if I can get some direction on how big of a shot I should plan on running Build is as follows:

-370 CI LQ9
-Wiseco Pro Tru 4cc dome pistons
-Stock crank
-Stock gen 4 rods
-Ported 243s, haven't picked a cam yet. Likely something like the polluter.

Nitrous setup:
-Will be running a plate
-Standalone running either canned e85 or 110
-Have a window/WOT switch.

The car will be mostly a street car, but will see some track action. Drivetrain is a T56 magnum and a Moser 9", 4.11 gears. Car is full weight, and will probably stick with a drag radial.

I'm thinking I'll be safe on a 200 shot with a good tune. Any input?

Yes 200 would be safe. Should be a fun setup. If u would have put some better rods could have easily gone 300+

You can do 200 all day long with a setup like that.

Gen 4 rods are pretty stout. I wouldn't hesitate to spray 300 on a good tune up

On a 200-250 shot that motor is easily livable with proper plugs fuel and tuning.

Kinda depends on what you gapped your rings at.
