Why do my lights blink on my Timing tuner?

Why do my lights blink on my Timing tuner after I spray? I made a couple of nitrous runs today and after I did the green and red light was blinking?They only do that after I use the nitrous ,not before. Is it supposed to do that?when I turn off the system they go off?It seems to be working.....Thanks
