Default All 9 second daily drivin N2O powered cars come in here.

honestly, to me, a car is streetable as long as it can run on pump gas and not overheat during stop and go traffic. everything else, cam size converter size, etc does not really matter to me. i was just wondering if anyone has a 9 second timeslip on a car that normally sees the streets and what did you do to get there. its ok to have a seperate fuel system that runs another type of gas. or if the interior is gutted or if AC, PS, ABS, AIR is all gone. that is ok, as long as it is streetable, can take you to work everyday if it had to and can drive over to Circle K and fill up on gas (93 octane is ok). anyways, tell us how you got there.

You might want to PM GueSS Who, we were at the track with him last night (1/8th mile) he is still tuning on his car but he was running pretty consistant 6.07's (with a 3100 DA). I will let you get all the details from him but he is a 408 w/ TH400, this is his daily driver. I believe he weighs around 3450 lbs

Mike @ Icon had that blue Z/28 and he was going 9's and it was his daily driver. He posted some info in the single digit forum. He was spraying a lot...

I drove mine as often I as I could last year. I can't daily drive so to speak, because I commute 600 miles a week to work. But I did put a few thousand miles on the car last year. Yes I ran a separate fuel system for the nitrous. But I would run the same fuel front and back. I'd just pump out the main tank and fill it up with race gas for track days. The car has a radio, but no hvac inside.

Hows this for streetable! I drove it to and from the wedding hall, it even had rubber on the rear quarters from 2 weeks prior! My car is very streetable, especially since I have a lockup converter. I drive it on the highway all the time.

a DP is in my plans as well as a 8.5" ring gear in the future . but right now i am concentrating on dropping into the mid 10s with the single shark and heads. once thats done, i will then spend some time getting it to hook and install the 8.5 to hopefully run low 10s. then if i get that far, on goes some more spray and that should do it. so far these are my plans if i dont blow something up in the process.

It doesnt look like youre that far away mph wise. You need to take .5s off your 60ft time and youd be there.
