Anyone wire up a trans brake and nitrous inline together?
I want to set it up to where when the transbrake is on the nitrous is off and when I release the t-brake...bam nitrous is on. I know it can be done, anyone here that has done it? Or does anyone have a better method. I want to be able to spray outta the hole t-braking

I know NX offers a relay that allows you to switch off the nitrous when the transbrake is on and have pretty good instructions also. Itll be monday before I can find out but no worries.

On my race car, My Transbrake, Nitrous, 2 step & roll control are all wired to one switch. But being that my LS1 is an M6, I've never thought about trying it on an LS1. It can be done though.

All you need is a relay that is energized by the brake wire and wire it normally closed. When the brake is engaged the relay is 'on' and breaks the connection to the n2o. You can use the relay in between the arm switch (+12v) or ground from WOT switch or whatever - as long as the relay keeps the solenoids from being activated when the brake is on and relay is energized..

Exactly what KP said. I have the diagram that I should scan and post. It really is nothing more then using the same relay for the Transbrake to power your nitrous. It naturally toggles power to the transbrake when the button is held. And releases power to the soleniods when you let off the button. Pretty simple, total cost is less than 5 bucks, so save your money.

Here are two ways to do it, I prefer using a high current/fast releasing trans brake button and not using a relay to control the trans brake solenoid but either way will work and there are other ways but this is easiest. Sorry for the scribbling but its the best I can do nowadays, arthritis

nx's instructions are wrong, their relay is a SPDT standard BOSCH style relay, and is NOT a DPDT relay like the instructions claim.
any standard relay works fine for this setup.
