N2O Q's for a new guy

I have an '00 Trans Am, and im going to the track this weekend. I went 13.30 @ 103.85 mph stock and im using a friends sneaky pete setup. Bottle in a bag w/ a 100 shot. Here is the question. What plugs do I run? And what kinda gains should i expect to see. Also do I hit it off the launch or in second gear. If in second gear about what rpm do I spray in. Do I hold the button down when it goes to shift or do i let off. Sorry for the stupid questions. Im really new to the nitrous world. Im also on a 245 Nitto 555r. Thanks in advance. I tried searching but couldnt find anything relevant to my situation.

I would use a WOT switch with a rpm window switch if it was my car. Utherwise let off the spray for the shift if your trans is stock. If it will hook hit it off the line. Only one way to find out is to try. You should go low-mid 12's at 108-110 if its done correctly. Usually NOS kits fall a bit short of what kits like tnt and NX do. If it wer a NX kit I would say low 12's at 112 or so.

get yourself a wot switch and forget about the button (just an arming switch). as far as plugs, get some TR-6's
