differen't oil for nitrous?
 
i'm curently running mobil 1 synthetic 10w30 in my car with 40 thousand miles. i just put in my nx shark nozzle kit. I will be running a 100 shot maybe 150 in the future. should i be ok with my oil or should i go with 10w40? all info is appricated.

You will be fine. The nitrous may cause higher temps in the engine but not ver a long enough time to justify a higher weight oil.

I also change mine more often. Every other track visit if I am spraying but it probably isnt needed that much.

draining the oil saves weight!! nice weightreduction right off the nose. lol
moblie one is great oil, as long as you keep it clean, what your doing is fine.

Yeah,when I really need to go fast I remove :
the motor oil, the antifreeze, the transmission oil (a good 10 lbs right there), one headlight, the rearend fluid, and take off my left shoe:jest: Thats my trick anyway.

When I race Noyzee, I'm going to be wearing nothing but a SFI fire jacket and helmet! Thats some weight savings, plus I'm filling the interior of the car up with helium, no need for that heavy atmosheric air in my ride!
