feels like it is running out of nitrous?!?

Default feels like it is running out of nitrous?!?

ok got the system installed and got the bottle heater installed......get it in the right pressure range and it has quit that popping sound while it is spraying and it hits harder but it just falls on its face.........it feels like it runs out of nitrous. Could the pick up tube be messed up or what are your guys ideas?

Are you running a FPSS? If you are & your fuel PSI is dropping it may be your FPSS cutting your spray in & out.

no fpss here....i talked to NX Express today and they told me to try the 100 jet in the nitrous side and the 75 jet in the fuel side.......the 75 fuel is supposed to be the 24 jet and i split the diff. and put the 26 jet in and the 26 helped but its still not right so i put the 24 in and i'm going to try it later tonight........does this sound right to you guys?

Pull one of your sparkplugs and inspect. What do they look like?

hey mines acting the same way yours was before with the popping. just got a guage and am getting a heater. i bet ill run into the same problems as you when i get the pressure dialed in.

Is the bottle full?

Is there a filter, or just the little screen before the Nitrous Solenoid?

Do you have good fuel pressure?

the bottle is a 10lb bottle and it still weighs 20 lbs ....it should weight 24.5 lbs full and 14.5 empty......no filter

The above quote sounds confusing to me. Which NX kit do you have and what size shot are you trying to spray?

Have you inspected one of your NGK TR6 plugs after using nitrous? What does it look like?

A "normal" looking plug after spraying nitrous will have a "LIKE NEW" appearance. Edges are crisp with no signs of discoloration. Porcelain retains clear white or slight tan appearance with no "peppering" or spotting.

Brown or black porcelain means excessively rich (too much fuel).

Rounded and discolored (purple) ground strap means excessively lean (not enough fuel).

Pepperd or spotty looking pocelain (melted alluminum) and rounded ground strap means detonation (too much timing, too hot plug, low octane fuel).

i will check the plug tomorrow...i have the GM EFI kit.....just the basic wet kit pretty much everyone has
