A few observations with the new Wideband A/F gauge.
A few "first day" interesting observations:
First off, The guy that tuned my car really did a bang up job.(NicD)
-Idling at a light, the A/F wanders from mid 14's to low 15's.
-Accelerating normally the A/F stays pretty close to 14.4-14.6.
-Accelerating aggressively, the A/F stays in the low 14's
-WOT N/A the A/F goes down to 12.2-12.5
-WOT with my 75 (dry) shot, the A/F never went above 12.0 and stuck pretty close to 11.8 the whole time from 5mph to 70mph.
I guess you could say I wasted/didn't need to spend my money on the guage and sensor, but I don't look at it like that at all. It's a cool guage to watch when you're just tooling around, and I'm thinking of maybe testing a 100 shot and seeing what happens.
The injectors (36# SVO's) sure act like they can handle it... I betcha I run out of tranny before I run out of injector.
