How often do you change your spark plugs?

How often do you change your spark plugs? Just like the title says. How often do most of you change your plugs. I spray a 100 shot currently, but I do plan to go up to a 150 or 200 eventually.

I don't spray often but when I do I am in the habit of checking them shortly after just to make sure no damage occurred, if no spray I don't hardly ever check em.
