what color wire is the #10 and where is a good ground for inside the car???

On my 2000 Z/28 there are 2 connectors at the PCM. One has no connection at pin 10 (the blue one) and the other (red plug) has a white wire at pin 10. Inside a 2000 Z behind the drivers side kick panel is good. Try to put grounds at a factory point like that. Side note: A thing to consider is a redundat battery to body about a foot of 4-8 g wire from neg battery terminal to ground.
